In the Siberian region of Yakutia, concerns are rising over a blogger who is accused of promoting misogynistic views and gender stereotypes. Mari Syrdyk Kuus, a clairvoyant from Yakutia, recently shared on her Telegram channel that she was threatened with physical harm by a former admirer, potentially influenced by the propaganda of this controversial blogger.

Kuus, who was in an abusive relationship that ended due to a refusal of intimacy, believes she understood the cause of the attack because the individual was listening to a blogger who spoke negatively about women. In an audio recording posted on her channel, a man threatens Kuus with murder and rape.

Sakhapress, a local news outlet, has reported multiple cases of domestic violence by men in Yakutia. Last year, a bloody story of domestic violence in a large family in Olekmin district shocked the region. Despite increasing cases of violence, there is still no law in Yakutia on criminal responsibility for domestic violence.

The Human Rights Ombudsman in Yakutia, Sардана Гурьева, has called for the adoption of a law on criminal responsibility for domestic violence. Gurieva warns that such propaganda could affect anyone, regardless of gender. Kuus shares this concern, stating that such a fight will harm both sides.

Kuus considers the promotion of gender stereotypes and the polarization of the sexes a real problem in society and families. She urges people not to use such propaganda and urges those in abusive relationships to seek help.

In July of this year, three such cases were published on Sakhapress's site. The man in the audio recording argues that he should get something in return for his time, reflecting the troubling mindset that perpetuates such violence.

Mari Syrdyk Kuus's harrowing experience serves as a reminder of the dangers of misogynistic propaganda and the need for stronger laws and education to combat domestic violence in Yakutia.
