Suspect Accused of Using Knockout Drops at Hüsten Fair Police Incident
In a statement transmitted via news aktuell, the Hochsauerlandkreis Police Department has confirmed that they are investigating a suspected use of date-rape drugs. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon at 4:00 PM at a local fair.
According to the report, a 14-year-old fair attendee ordered a cold drink. However, the teenager did not drink the beverage and remained unharmed. The 14-year-old used a rapid test bracelet to check the drink for date-rape drugs and the test showed positive twice.
In light of this incident, the police are advising general caution when accepting drinks from strangers. They are also encouraging anyone who suspects the use of date-rape drugs to file a police report and seek medical attention.
