Revital Park Launches Efficiency Drive to Boost Economy Initiative

The 'Revital Park' project is set to enhance internal processes within the national initiative 'Effective and Competitive Economy'. This move aims to streamline resources for top-notch service and high-quality care.

The project will initially focus on optimizing restaurant operations, specifically the 'шведская линия'. A dedicated working group and experts from RTC will lead this effort. To ensure widespread adoption, several employees will become instructors, training staff in other departments of the health resort.

The Acting Minister of Economy of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexei Yurtayev, stressed that boosting labor productivity relies on efficient use of human, financial, and material resources. The press service of the Ministry of Economy has confirmed these developments. Yurtayev also highlighted that implementing lean technologies is an investment in the quality of rest and health of guests. Staff at 'Revital Park' have already demonstrated proficiency in key efficiency tools in lean production.

The 'Revital Park' project is underway to optimize internal processes, starting with restaurant operations. This initiative aims to enhance service quality and guest experience by efficiently utilizing resources.
