Nikolayev Aysen had a tour of key social development ventures in Yakutia
In Yakutia, significant strides are being made in the construction of new educational and healthcare facilities as part of the primary healthcare modernization program under the "Healthy Longevity" national project, initiated by President Vladimir Putin.
The Head of Yakutia has tasked the completion of a new clinic in the village of Sangar, Kobyaysky District, this year. The construction readiness of building No.4 at the "Polar Star" health camp is currently at 66%, with work ongoing on the monolithic structures and facade systems. The construction contractor has reported that the building's shell for the clinic in Sangar is 70% complete.
The "Polar Star" children's health camp in Khabarovsk, with a capacity of 550 children per shift, is also under development. Its construction readiness stands at 66%. Aisen Nikolaev, the Head of Yakutia, has been briefed on the progress and readiness of this year-round facility.
In the "Star" microdistrict, a 315-place kindergarten and a 990-place school are under construction. The construction readiness of the kindergarten is 60%, while the school is slightly ahead at 66%. The monolithic works for the school are completed, and the kindergarten's frame is 75% complete, with the thermal envelope to be closed by the heating season.
A 550-place school in the village of Chulman, Neryungri District, is also planned to have its building shell completed this year, as per Aisen Nikolaev's instructions.
Elsewhere in Yakutsk, School No.1 for 253 students is under construction, with a readiness of 54%. This project is part of the republic's social development plan for centers of economic growth.
