In a significant ruling, the Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted a divorce to a husband on the ground of mental cruelty caused by his wife's vulgar chats with male friends.

The police are involved in the case, and the wife's behaviour towards the husband's family, including allegedly misbehaving with his mother and other family members, is also a part of the allegations.
