Cancer-fighting initiative sweeps through NÖ, drawing widespread participation from all
The Run Against Cancer School Challenge is set to return in Lower Austria from April 22nd to May 2nd, inviting students of all ages to join the fight against cancer. This virtual event, open to kindergarten kids to grandmas, has already seen over 3,500 adults and more than 23,500 children registering for the challenge.
Last year, the event managed to raise an impressive 141,129 Euros, and this year, the organisers aim to surpass that amount. Participants can choose their own distance for the run, with a special 1,000-meter run reserved for children.
For those who register early, a Women's Run functional shirt will be provided free of charge. Additionally, participants in the Run Against Cancer event will receive a 10% discount code for the NO Women's Run, scheduled for August 31st.
It's worth noting that the NO Women's Run is a separate event from the Run Against Cancer School Challenge. The NO Women's Run discount code is exclusive to participants in the Run Against Cancer event and can be used for purchases related to the event.
The funds raised during the Run Against Cancer School Challenge will be split equally between the Austrian Cancer Aid and the lifesaving stem cell donation of the Red Cross.
Registration for the Run Against Cancer School Challenge is still open, so lace up your shoes and join the fight against cancer!
